TERMS & CONDITIONS Our Delivery Policy There is NO carriage charge for orders over the value of £100 delivered ANYWHERE in the UK. Orders under the value of £100 are subject to a delivery charge of just £5 For over-seas carriage, the charge will be confirmed before despatch. Our aim is to deliver within 7 working days. You will be required to sign for all deliveries as within the UK we use first class recorded post for small items and Parcelforce 24 hour delivery for larger items. Outside the UK we will use the most appropriate method and will notify you before despatch. Our Returns Policy At goldingsurplus.co.uk we want you to be delighted every time you use us so we make our returns policy simple. Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with the item you have purchased just return it in its original condition within 20 days and we will issue a full refund for the price of the item. We will also be happy to refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error. For your protection we recommend that you use a Recorded Delivery service. This does not affect your statutory rights. Our VAT Policy All Prices shown include UK VAT For countries outside the scope of VAT we will deduct the cost of VAT before charging your credit card. You may be liable for local taxes within your own country. How to pay Our preferred option is that you pay by credit/debit card using our secure servers. If however you prefer not to use a credit/debit card then we are happy to accept a cheque, postal order or bankers draft. Please note that we need 6 working days for clearance of cheques. If you do not want to put your card details on the internet then we can telephone you for your card details.
