British Naval Pork Pie Hat

British naval dress hat, 9cm high rigid and fluted at the top , two breather holes half way up and along the hat. A dark navy band 3cm high runs around the circumference. Inside is a velour sweat band and 2.5cm wide ribbon that pulls under the chin.

Semi rigid fluted skirt surrounding the central cap. Ideal fancy dress will keep it's shape unlike some fancy dress hats that lose there shape in one wear.
