Parka, dutch navy issue.

Unissued genuine military surplus parka. Very similiar to the popular and iconic German issue parka in construction. The level of quality, spec and  detail would make this garment at least twice the price if produced as a civilian coat. This has the quality of the old style german parka but with the improvements of a popper liner, storm cuffs and angle chest pockets for ease of access.

Dark navy colour.

Two angled chest pockets with flaps.

Two hip pockets with flaps.

Removable blue acrylic "furry" lining attached with poppers and including elasticated storm cuffs.

Internal drawchord using buttons, not tied around waist.

Drawchord in hem.

Drawchord in hood.

Large hood.

Epaulettes on shoulders.

All parkas come up large and are long reflecting the fact the dutch are the tallest nation in europe.
